Return Window

Items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service – Submit a return request through our website, specifying the product(s) you wish to return and the reason.
  2. Receive Instructions – We will provide return instructions, including the correct return address.
  3. Prepare the Package – Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and undamaged.
  4. Ship the Package – Take the parcel to your local post office and provide Customer Service with the tracking number.
  5. Processing Time – Returns are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the package.

Important Information

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (including the initial shipping cost and Shipping Guarantee fee).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide Freight to Collect (FTC) services.
  • Ensure your return package contains only AminaWear products; we are not responsible for items sent by mistake.
  • Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility – Incorrect addresses resulting in lost or returned packages are not covered.
  • Exchanges – If the wrong size was ordered, contact Customer Service with photos for an exchange or return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” or complimentary gifts.
  • Worn, washed, damaged, or altered products.
  • Returns sent without a prior return request will be refused.

Return Address

  • Please do not send returns to the address on the package, as it is not our return facility. Contact Customer Service for the correct return address.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Process

  • Returns: Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your returned item.
  • Cancellations: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 1 business day (if the order has not shipped).
  • Processing Times:
    • PayPal refunds: 3-7 business days, depending on the payment method (PayPal balance, credit/debit card, or bank account).
    • Bank card refunds: 5-10 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.
