Return Window
Items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Customer Service – Submit a return request through our website, specifying the product(s) you wish to return and the reason.
- Receive Instructions – We will provide return instructions, including the correct return address.
- Prepare the Package – Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and undamaged.
- Ship the Package – Take the parcel to your local post office and provide Customer Service with the tracking number.
- Processing Time – Returns are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the package.
Important Information
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (including the initial shipping cost and Shipping Guarantee fee).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide Freight to Collect (FTC) services.
- Ensure your return package contains only AminaWear products; we are not responsible for items sent by mistake.
- Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility – Incorrect addresses resulting in lost or returned packages are not covered.
- Exchanges – If the wrong size was ordered, contact Customer Service with photos for an exchange or return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as “non-returnable” or complimentary gifts.
- Worn, washed, damaged, or altered products.
- Returns sent without a prior return request will be refused.
Return Address
- Please do not send returns to the address on the package, as it is not our return facility. Contact Customer Service for the correct return address.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before shipment. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refund Process
- Returns: Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your returned item.
- Cancellations: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 1 business day (if the order has not shipped).
- Processing Times:
- PayPal refunds: 3-7 business days, depending on the payment method (PayPal balance, credit/debit card, or bank account).
- Bank card refunds: 5-10 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.
