Which shipping company will be used for delivery?
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided via Canada Post.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed on Aminawear.ca are processed as quickly as possible and shipped to you. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered to your address within 1-3 business days. Due to possible delays during peak periods such as public holidays, New Year’s, and special occasions, the delivery time may be slightly extended.
What happens if my order contains multiple items?
Orders containing multiple items will be shipped in a single package. If you have a specific request regarding delivery, you can mention it in the order notes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Will I need to pay any additional fees upon delivery?
No, you will not be required to make any payment upon delivery.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
If your order has not yet entered the preparation process, you can request an address change by submitting a support request or calling +1 672 855 5456.
What should I do if there is a delay in delivery?
You can check the status of your order in the “My Orders” section. If your order has not been delivered within 5 business days, please contact us at +1 672 855 5634 for further assistance.
What happens if the courier cannot reach me at the delivery address?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can track your package and get delivery details directly from Canada Post.
Can I place an order from outside Canada?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we will soon be expanding our services to the USA and Australia. Stay tuned!
